What’s new in the huge metropolis of Cherryville, PA? This is what’s new! This is a picture of the new Bethany Wesleyan Church. I took this picture last night from the new sound room before training for the cameras began.
I was in awe walking into the new building. There have been tours as the facility went through different phases, but I avoided the tours because I wanted to be completely and totally surprised. And I was last night! The entire thing is amazing and I know I haven’t even seen all of it yet. I’m just in awe of the sanctuary and the sound room.
June 1 and June 2 are the first services in the new building and I feel honored to be a part of the first tech teams to be in the sound room. I’m on the PTZ Camera which means I’ll be able to control cameras that will look on the sides of the stage and the crowd. This is something new for me and I look forward to the challenge.
So if you’re in the area of Cherryville, PA come on out to the new Bethany Wesleyan Church and check us out. You will not find a nicer group of people anywhere. It’s a place of love and acceptance. It doesn’t matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done God still loves you and calls you to come home to a church family. As lead Pastor Kevin Fetteroff says, “This is a hospital not a museum.” So if you’re hurting please come, that’s why I’m there every Sunday.
Today I’m grateful for:
1. All the work that has gone into the new church. It’s beautiful.
2. My knee feels a bit better.
3. I don’t have to be anywhere until tonight.
